I have made several short films for the purpose of introducing and interpreting some of the famous artworks of Iranian contemporary artists , especially calligraphic painters. Most of them are produced by Tehran Auction aimed at encouraging collectors to buy those paintings. But for me as a director and writer there is an additional function which is more interesting: taking a deeper look at artwork and recreate it with a different media.
